Initial Consultation

I will gladly meet with the owner or agent of the property, do a thorough walk-through, take detailed photos for art and furniture placement and discuss any areas the client would like to address. From this meeting, I will promptly create and send a professional, clear, and detailed estimate. There is no charge for this consultation.

Pricing

Normally I recommend at minimum staging the Living room, Dining room, and Primary bedroom. You want to give a buyer a feel for the house and rooms they will be primarily using. Since so many people are now working from home, staging a room as an Office is also a good idea. Staging a smaller bedroom is also sometimes very helpful as it can be difficult for a buyer to imagine if a bed will fit. I base my pricing on a minimal percentage of the purchase price of the furniture plus an install/removal fee.

Staging

Once a contract is agreed upon and a date is set, I will curate your home specifically for you. I’m also an artist, so every staging for me begins with the art. All the textiles, linens, rugs, and accessories are influenced by the art I select that is right for the home, and the prospective buyer. I take great care and pride in my inventory. I have a modern aesthetic and a taste for mid-century modern and Scandinavian styles. I like clean, fresh, interesting, artistic items.

On the day of, my team will arrive and stage the home in about 2 hours. It’s quite incredible how quickly it all comes together and how amazing everything looks when we’re done.
